The Evolved Sound Automated Messaging Software (AMS) is a computer software system that can utilise the small unused memory and processing power of a Microsoft Windows based system offering the full power of an On Hold System but at very little cost. 

The software runs in the background of a Windows computer while still allowing your office computer to be used as normal. 

This advanced software allows you to:

• Schedule the commencement and expiration dates of messages.
• Prioritise messages according to rotation and what you want to be heard more often.
• Record your own short term messages which will be played with the professional messages.

Messages can also be downloaded and exchanged via email, reducing the supply chain costs.

The Automated Messaging Software (AMS) plays telephone on hold messages using any version of Windows on a computer with any standard sound card or voice modem. The software runs in the background using the CPU idle time and the buffer on the sound card. The computer can still be used as normal. If you have a Windows computer in your office, this is the most advanced and most affordable way to play on hold messages to your callers when they are on hold or being transferred. This option is an alternative to our digital message player.

The settings screen is where you can configure the software to run through your sound card or modem.  You are able to adjust the volume and enter your registration key from this screen.

 

In the Message Control screen, you are able to move around the order of which the messages are played, and when they are to commence and expire.
